Instructions: remove bamboo cap before refilling. fill diffuser bottle no more than ¾ full. insert reeds and enjoy. Wipe spills immediately to protect surfaces. for best results, replace reeds every 2-4 months.

All shipment orders are shipped via courier (UPS, Purolator, Fedex, Canpar etc) to ensure they arrive fast and safely.
We do not ship to PO boxes or via Canada Post.
- shipping time: shipping takes 5-7 business days.
- shipping areas: we ship Canada wide. Unfortunately we are not shipping to the USA right now.
- tracking: a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.

- no returns or exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- damaged or defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must provide clear photo evidence of the damage via email to hello@littlelavendergoods.com within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

We really were glad to see we can purchase now refill bottles versus buying another small bottle each time they were empty -eliminating less to the recycle or landfill.
