There is a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 for all orders under $120.

All shipment orders are shipped via courier (Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, Fedex, Canpar etc) to ensure they arrive fast and safely. 

• shipping time: shipping takes 5-7 business days. 
• shipping areas: we ship Canada wide. Unfortunately we are not shipping to the USA right now.  
• tracking: a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged, you must provide clear photo evidence of the damage via email to  hello@littlelavendergoods.com within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
