how to use
how to use
Place: choose a stable spot away from direct sun, heat and drafts. Set on a coaster or tray to protect the surfaces.
Open: unscrew the wooden top and carefully remove the clear plastic stopper.
Recap: screw the wooden top back on securely. Add reeds: insert all 8 reed sticks through the wooden top. Use fewer reeds for a softer scent.
Prime the reeds: let them soak for a few hours (or overnight for best results), then flip so the saturated ends are up. This jump-starts your scent throw.
Keep it smelling fresh: flip the reeds 1-2 times per week, or whenever the scent fades. Why flip? Reversing the reeds brings freshly saturated ends to the top, exposing more oils in the air.
Note: frequent flipping = stronger scent but faster oil use.

All shipment orders are shipped via courier (UPS, Purolator, Fedex, Canpar etc) to ensure they arrive fast and safely.
We do not ship to PO boxes or via Canada Post.

- shipping areas: we ship Canada wide. Unfortunately we are not shipping to the USA right now.
- tracking: a confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order is shipped.

- damaged or defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must provide clear photo evidence of the damage via email to hello@littlelavendergoods.com within 48 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
